Worx is a budget-friendly brand known for producing quality garden tools and, after having used several of their products myself, I can personally attest to that. So, I was hoping that the Worx WG252E.9 18V Cordless Pole Hedge Trimmer, which promises to be ideal for high and wide hedges, would be equally impressive.
A hedge trimmer can be powered by either petrol or batteries (in the case of a cordless hedge trimmer). There are pros and cons to each, and then there are mains-powered trimmers as well, which have their own benefits and disadvantages. More often than not, hedge trimmers will be used for cutting conifers. To comfortably cut a conifer hedge, you’ll need a trimmer that can handle at least 14 mm branches . Look for models that stretch to 16 – 18 mm for additional power.
